Policy and personal client information is not accessible on this site. Access to your insurance policies is done through the carrier websites, respectively.

3. Eligibility

   -To use our services and purchase insurance policies, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.  

   -Each insurance carrier has specific eligibility requirements that can change at any time without notice.

4. Insurance Applications and Quotes

The information provided through the Site regarding insurance products, coverage options, and premiums is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or agreement.

All insurance applications are subject to underwriting approval. We reserve the right to reject any application or request for coverage based on our underwriting guidelines.

Insurance quotes provided by our agency are estimates and may change based on additional factors and information provided during the application process.

5. Payment and Billing

Payments for insurance premiums are due as outlined in the policy terms. Payment of policy premiums are made directly to the carrier through their secure portal. 

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for any amounts due. Payments will not be processed without express consent and authorization by the client.

6. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

   -Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site, including the use of any automated systems or tools.

Use the Site for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.

Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code that could damage or impair the functionality of the Site.
